The pre cleanse is about making a commitment setting your intensions, shopping for cleans friendly ingredients, and beginning to ease your body into the full cleanse, mentally, emotionally and physically.
During the Cleanse you will follow the simple elimination diet plan and body practices.
In the Re-Introduction phrase you will re-introduce foods back into your diet one by one to identify foods sensitivities and intolerances and create a maintenance diet that serves your unique body.
I will lead your Cleanse in an intentional way, which means I will make sure you know WHY you are cleansing and what you’d like to get out of it. What are some of the habits or patterns you would like to eliminate.
I’ll make sure you are prepared with the right foods and the right supplies. I will also make sure you are prepared mentally and physically before starting. We will set up the best starting date and mark it in your calendar, we will schedule best shopping time for you before and during the Cleanse. I will help you to plan ahead around your real life as planning ahead will greatly increase your ease and actual pleasure with staying on the Cleanse without painfully sacrificing the flow of your everyday life. This Cleanse is NOT deprivation diet so I will make sure you are eating adequate meals. You shouldn’t feel hungry on this cleanse.
I will make sure your nourishment during this Cleanse comes not only from eating clean foods but also from Cleanse enhancing activities that support you emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. I will make sure that you will set yourself up for success from the beginning byincluding pleasurable, nourishing, activities in your cleanse so you still have that fun ritual without derailing with potentially unhealthy food habits.
I will help you with properly coming off the Cleanse by doing some gentle re-introduction of foods you had eliminated. We will create a maintenance way of eating that is healthy for your body.
This 14-day reset cleanse is a very gentle, safe, hypoallergenic, elimination diet that almost everyone can do with ease (If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or have a medical issue consult your doctor before beginning any cleanse).
The cleanse program is free of soy, dairy, gluten, most meats, nightshades such as eggplant, bell peppers and tomatoes, dried fruits, citrus, coffee, soda, alcohol, sugars of any kind, and corn. During the re- introduction phase, we do include gluten and dairy.
